All Wicked Wix contain lead and zinc free ECO-wicks. This series is designed specifically for natural waxes. The ECO series is a flat, coreless cotton wick braided with thin paper filaments interwoven for burn stability. This braiding technique also greatly improves rigidity compared to standard cotton and paper cored wicks. The specially treated paper threads provide a controlled curling of the wick making the ECO series self-trimming, which results in minimized mushrooming, soot and smoke. They have been designed to significantly reduce the "afterglow" and smoke often seen in paper cored wicks. An important difference to note is that these wicks have been primed with vegetable wax rather than paraffin wax.
Candles are handmade in batches of 3-6, NO mass producing!! Many candles are handmade at the time you place your order, so please allow sufficient time for this process (1-2 weeks).
WICKED WIX SCENTED CANDLES
Containers are 100% recycled baby food jars. NO new containers are used for our scented candles. This means less wasted candle jars and less baby food jars in landfills!
All scented candles contain the maximum amount of scent oil that can be safely added. Heavily scented and colored candles are NOT intended for use on the body.
Most special orders can be accommodated. Special scent and color combinations can also be prepared, in addition to color free candles. Just ask!

WICKED WIX MASSAGE CANDLES
All massage candles are made with 100% pure soy and 100% unrefined Jojoba oil.
Soy and jojoba are generally known for their non allergic properties, always perform a skin allergy test prior to using any item intended for use on the body. Unfortunately due to our massage candles being intended for use on the body, returns are not accepted. All massage candles are made with new wine glasses, due to their intended use on the body.
To use your massage candle, light the candle and allow some of the wax to pool inside. Blow out the flame and allow the candle to sit for a minute or two. The wax mixture in your candle will melt at approximately 102° and should not burn the skin.
Pour or scoop some of the warm wax into your hand and apply directly to your skin, or use the mixture as part of a massage. You can burn as much or as little of the candle as you'd like. Whatever pooled wax you don't use on your skin will re-harden so you can melt it again when you need it. Jojoba can stand up to heating and re-heating and will not turn rancid like other oil products. Additionally, the wax mixture can be used as a lotion, without even lighting the candle!
